Primary & Secondary Steelwork
CSA & MEP Interface Solutions
What We Deliver
Comprehensive design, supply and installation of steelwork and interface packages for fast-track, technically demanding projects. We support the full delivery process from technical coordination and fabrication through to site installation, QA/QC and handover.
Larget supports selected CSA and MEP interface packages on Data Centre projects, including leak protection, cooling-unit interfaces, technical containment and installation-ready support structures. Our role is to coordinate, supply and install practical solutions that protect critical areas, reduce interface risk and support reliable site execution.
After handover, data centres keep changing—tenants move, capacity grows and plant areas are reworked. Data Centre Refurbishment & Live Works supports owners, developers and tenants with civil, structural and architectural repairs, replacements and upgrades delivered in live environments. We plan around permits, access constraints and maintenance windows, and bring practical experience from data centre construction programmes to execute changes safely without disrupting critical systems. From survey and design input through supply, logistics and installation, we deliver installation-ready packages with documented QA/QC and clear handover for operations teams.
BIM is embedded in the way Larget approaches Data Centre delivery, shaping how scopes are analysed, solutions are developed and interfaces are coordinated from the earliest stages. Supported by 3D scanning and reverse engineering where required, this approach improves buildability, reduces interface risk and supports the efficient integration of CSA and MEP services.
Delivery by Sector
Turnkey General Contractor delivery for industrial environments — including steelwork, technical fit-out, technological installations, site coordination and multidisciplinary execution, planned around live operations, safe sequencing and controlled delivery.
General Contractor delivery for retail and commercial environments — including steelwork, fit-out support and technical execution, planned around live operations, safe sequencing and minimal disruption.
Experience gained through selected General Contractor delivery gives us a practical understanding of how our clients operate on complex Data Centre projects. It helps us better anticipate coordination needs, interface risks and programme pressures, allowing us to support General Contractors with solutions that are more buildable, better aligned and easier to deliver on site.
